YOUR MEDICAL TRIP
ITINERARY
The
Itinerary will be individual for each traveler, based on the personal needs,
preferences, the time of your trip, and the type of surgery you will be
traveling for. However, in each case, a professional ASPIRE Representative will
guide you through the following steps:

Assist you
with the completion of all related forms, such as:

General Enquiry Form |

The
completion of this form will enable our representative to respond you with
the relevant information about the estimated cost and duration of your
medical trip, the medical procedures you will have to undergo, and the
recuperation period you will need. |

Medical History Form |
|
The
completed form will be forwarded to your Surgeon for the initial evaluation
of your health state. The Surgeon will most likely have additional questions
and will reply to any questions that you may have. He will clarify
anticipated results, describe the procedure in detail, provide preoperative
and postoperative instructions. |

Coordinate all your medical correspondence with a registered Surgeon,
including:
Pre-Travel Consultations with the Surgeon. It is crucially important that you
and the Surgeon discuss and agree about the expectations, risks involved, and
possible outcomes of the procedure before you make your decision to travel. We
encourage you to ask all the questions you may think of. Due to the time
difference, it is easier for us to arrange the pre-travel consultations via
E-mail, however, telephone consultations, if preferred, can also be arranged.
Pre-Surgery Consultation. This is the "face-to-face" consultation with your
Surgeon, which will be scheduled for you as soon as you arrive in India and take
necessary rest after the flight.

Provide Visa information and help in getting visas to India. Comprehensive
information would be provided to potential patients for obtaining Indian visa.

Booking air ticket to India. It is our responsibility to find you an air
ticket for your travel dates.
General information about the flight: when flying from the United States, you
will normally have one connection in Europe. The approximate flight time is
about 6 to 7 hours from the East Coast to the connecting city in Europe and
about 8 to 9 hours from Europe to India.

Take care of the accommodations. The choice is yours: you will be provided
with a large variety of hotels and guesthouses in the city of the surgery,
ranging from moderate to luxurious, differing in the services facilitateed, location,
and price.

Arrange transportation and personal assistance throughout your stay in India.
As soon as your aircraft lands in India, you will be met by a fluently
English-speaking ASPIRE representative. A friendly Representative will be your
driver and your personal assistant throughout your stay. If required a personal
nurse will also be available round the clock within packaged cost. The
representative will take you to the hotel, drive you to the Pre-Surgery
Consultation, and stay with you in the clinic throughout the consultation and
the surgery. The representative will provide you with a 24-hour telephone number
for emergency cases. The representative will happily accompany you to any other
places you may want to visit: restaurants (you will be provided with a wide
choice of authentic restaurants, representing Indian and International cuisine,
bars and cafes, local souvenir stores, shopping malls, places of interest,
museums, theaters, local events, help you making local and international phone
calls, etc. When leaving India, you will pity to depart from your new friend!

Accompany you to the surgery. On the day of the surgery, your personal
assistant will pick you up from the hotel, ensure that you are in a good
condition and ready for the surgery, and accompany you to the surgery. Your
assistant will be with you all the time before and after the surgery.

Arrange everything for your comfortable recuperation. The estimated required
Post-Surgery period will be determined by your surgeon after the Pre-Travel
Consultation. However, the actual recuperation time may change depending on your
physical condition after the surgery. In most cases, you will have to spend the
required recuperation time either in the clinic or in the city of the surgery,
as you will be frequently visiting your surgeon for the Post-Surgery
examination. You will be provided with desired (or required, if any) meals and
therapeutic treatments throughout the period of the recuperation.
After the required Post-Surgery period, you will be able to extend the time of
your recuperation in India. We will facilitate you a variety of things to do,
depending on the current season, from relaxation in the quiet countryside to
exciting tours within India.

Help you to keep in touch with your Home Country. We fully understand that no
matter how friendly and caring we are, you will be longing for your family and
friends back home. We will gladly provide you with the possibility to get in
touch with them whenever you want.
Telephoning: before you depart from home, we will facilitate you to obtain
International Calling Cards, as a convenience for your relatives and friends.
Using these cards, your family and friends will be able to call you in India at
any time, at a significantly lower rate that that of any standard long distance
provider. Should you need to telephone your Home Country, your personal
assistant will be happy to arrange that for you.
Internet: the majority of the hotels will provide Internet access from your room
(you need to have your laptop with you), or facilitate Business Center services. In
addition to that, there are plenty of Internet Cafes in any city of India.

The embassy of your country will be there to assist you in case of an emergency,
as for instance, loss of passport or other important documents.
