SERVICES AND FEES

All cost estimates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to the currency exchange rate fluctuations. The actual final ASPIRE service fee may be different if your stay is longer or shorter than initially expected.

Any bookings confirmed but not implemented will be subject to cancellation or rescheduling fees.

PAYMENT TERMS

100% facilitation fee covering all non-medical expenses needs to be paid in advance at the time of making hospital, air, hotel, transit, transport and tour bookings before departure. This deposit is to be paid to ASPIRE via wire transfer, credit card, cash or certified check. The medical charges would be paid directly to the hospital in India.

CANCELLATION, DEPARTURE DATE CHANGES AND REFUNDS

AIR TICKET

You can either purchase the air ticket yourself, or request ASPIRE to quote a complete package, with the airfare included.  ASPIRE will try to find the best fare on your requested airline, dates and class.

When purchasing the air ticket from ASPIRE, you will be charged the full price of the ticket, in addition to the 100% advance deposit. Please note that most airlines have restrictions associated with date changes and refunds. Some tickets cannot be refunded, some can be partially refunded, while some can only be exchanged for credit with the airline. Some tickets allow a certain number of departure date changes free of charge, however, in most cases you either have to pay a fee, which differs from airline to airline, or may not be able to change the date at all. ASPIRE will inform you about the rules and restrictions that apply to your air ticket, before you agree to purchase it.

MEDICAL EVALUATION

The medical package price initially quoted by ASPIRE will be confirmed after further medical evaluation by the surgeon.

ASPIRE will arrange an e-mail consultation with the surgeon after receiving the medical history form and a close-up photograph of the body area requested for surgery.

ASPIRE strongly encourages you to ask all the questions you may have via e-mail or telephone. If requested, we will put you in contact with our past clients to help you make your final decision.

Both you and the surgeon are under no obligation until after your pre-operative consultation.

ASPIRE reminds you that all kinds of surgery carry certain risks, whereas the risks associated with cosmetic surgery include disappointment with the results.

You and the surgeon have to agree about the anticipated outcome of your surgery, so that your expectations of the results are reasonable.

We strongly request that you make yourself fully aware of alternative treatments before committing yourself to a surgery, and understand that alternative treatment may eliminate the risks associated with surgery.

Would any dispute arise, the surgeon is only liable if the litigation takes place in India, under the laws of India.

Any medical or surgical advice obtained through the ASPIRE Web site and service is intended to be accurate to the best of our knowledge, yet, must be verified with the Surgeon.

ASPIRE strongly requests you to always seek advice from your Surgeon before committing yourself to any treatment, medication or therapy.
